Homeward Hop – Support
A one-tap space hopping game: help Nebbo the astronaut hop from planet to planet and get home.

Purchases
A purchase did not arrive. Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases. "Remove ads" and the Starter pack come back on any device with the same Apple ID or Google account. Points packs are added once per payment; if points are missing, write to us with the date of the purchase.
Refunds are handled by the store: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android in Google Play (Account → Payments and subscriptions → Budget and history).
Ads and privacy
You can change your ad choices any time in Settings → Privacy options (ads). On iPhone, tracking can be turned off in the iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. "Remove ads" turns off the ads between runs and lets you continue or double points without a video.

Progress, leaderboard and your data
New phone? Settings → Show recovery code on the old phone, then Settings → Enter recovery code on the new one.
Delete your data: turn off Settings → Leaderboard and cloud backup. This deletes everything about you from our server. Deleting the game deletes the data on the phone.
The game needs no account. Leaderboard names are generated by the game, so nobody can type a name.
